When it comes to team productivity it can be amazingly raise if they are motivated and reinforced by the act of their team leader or managerial levels. Maximum tithis motivation and reinforcement is valued in term of financial incentives and perks but in terms of my opnion if the team leader and the managerial level is also sharing atleast a lilttle effort to meet the target in terms of the ground level day to day efforts as done by the team, which gives a mirror imaging..a real fellowship to the team and is the real reinforcementwhich can amazingly enhances the team productivity
Different people can be radically different in their level of productivity. One person can produce more in same time frame. For even highly productive teams, there is always a room for improvement. Different techniques can be followed in different circumstances; following are some ways how to improve a team’s productivity.
1. Develop standard procedures for anything that takes a lot of time
Standardize the procedures; you can’t see the problem unless you first standardize how you do everything. Develop written systems and processes because it will help you to identify where there are weakness in your business activities. Then you can identify problem areas and gradually improve each process over time.
2.Examine your procedures to see which steps you can eliminate
After you’ve created systems and procedure, the next step is to simplify them and make them easier to follow. Eliminate all the unnecessary procedures.
3. Eliminate back and forth discussion over email
Email is not effective for back and forth communication it can slow down the communication. Back and forth conversation that might take days by email due to the delay between responses might take just minutes on the phone or in person. Schedule a meeting once per week to cover all complex issues.
4. Develop a culture of prioritization
Productivity is not about completing all of your tasks. It’s about completing the most important tasks. A critical skill to develop for everyone in your company is prioritization. Making sure that everyone on the team is focused on their important tasks first and actively “procrastinate” any tasks that are less important
5. Set up a quiet environment, free from interruptions
For Certain types of work, quiet environment increases concentration levels and productivity
Make teams who trust each other and have them put their own performance indicators for the goal.

the best way to increase one's productivity level is first, to find out which criteria they are low and the causes of being unproductive. from there, create a counter measure and provide especial programs, consistently monitor a formulated procedures, then check if a team member complies to the set target. if gained with positive results then reward the team members with incentive scemes.
