Humanitarian Response is specifically associate with the life of individuals and their survival.Aid assistance and social works are perform to help the people in war suffering areas or any social and even natural disaster like earthquakes.On the other hand,Development is much bigger concept then humanitarian response.It ranges from state and its institutions towards the progress of indviduals. Development include the betterment of systems of hospitals ,roads,infrastructure and state as a whole,where as humanitarian response is provided to the people where ever they need inspite of lack of infrastructure.In any disaster or war torn areas ,humanitarian response is first step to be taken before development starts.
