Political and economy are two sides of the same coin, wherever it is found to the political stability of a strong economy, the Arab countries have a huge professional from efficiency of labor force and educated, logically the gulf countries the first of them Saudi Arabia and is the first because they have big money resource from petroleum to invest in these money in more sectors, and the second UAE Government in spite is not petroleum country but is follow a smart policies for attracting foreign investors and facilitate all procedures for their business , The rest ofthe Arab countries were strong before the political problems such as Syria.
