What is the most important thing to find a job?

Every individual must have a plan for his career.  What he would like to do for a living?  What are the jobs that he would enjoy doing?  Is this area worth taking up for the cause of fruitful employment? Once he answers these questions, he needs to select an area of knowledge in which he must develop knowledge and skills for which he may have to undergo professional education or may have to start practising it under guidance (knowledge through experience).  Ultimately, it is the knowledge and skills that are important in finding a job.  However, you also need to develop certain qualities like team spirit, positive attitude, willingness to learn, interpersonal skills and so on.  the knowledge and skills help you to enter an organization and your attitudes help you retain the job and attain satisfaction.
