Firstly stay motivated never get demotivated keep doing the right thing with right attitude. Apart from that when you start a task or once completed sell it to your colleagues so the buy it in return appreciate your efforts. however your get monetary rewards don't forget that. appreciation is just a motive factor. you need to appreciate yourself.

I strongly agree that "Time Management is a way or tool to reduce stress." As most of us agree that we do not have the luxury of spending most of our time on the things that are most important to us. We will only be available for spending time on these things if we have a successful time management in completing our tasks. We can use our time more wisely or even gain a greater sense of control over our lives if we have a simple but effective scheduling of our individual's tasks. It allows us to block out segments of time and able to assign them to a specific activity.

Moreover, it helps us to balance such situations because we're able to specify what's urgent and what's not. We are able to concentrate on tasks that need our attention and delegate some to others. It would be beneficial to the person that we delegate our tasks to and to the organization as a whole when we learn how to properly delegate.

Lastly, a schedule usually offers additional benefits because it allows us to ensure that we allotted time for all of our necessary tasks and functions, and cut off unproductive interruptions by referring to it. Importantly, it also allows us to have a lot of time for ourselves for breaks.

I feel that you should be least bothered about your colleagues. You are not working to impress your colleagues or to rake in their appreciation. They might be competitive and envious or in general not the appreciating kind or maybe just not team players. Now coming to your manager. That appreciation is important given you are working par expectation or better. If that is the case, try and talk to the manager. I have always belivved and experienced that nothing can get you as far with your boss or sub-ordinate as an open transparent communication can. Seek his appointment at a free time with no distractions- maybe after office hours, and make sure you discuss it. Tell him you feel discouraged of this denial of the good work you puit in. Simultaneously, as a back up plan, also maintain a log of all the work that you do and if possible try and report it over emails to your boss. This will be an official written evidence of your work and the boss will never be able to deny it.If things dont improve and you feel that you are ready and deserve a promotion, talk to the senior boss- the  boss of your boss and show him all the work you have done. But before you do that, make sure you give some time for things to work out between you and your manager after you have a candid talk session with him.
