Does the graphic designer need to be talented? Or the graphic programs can cover it?

Not that so talented as long as can think out of the box for the concept.

It is depend on a person how talented he or she, should know by using the software. the practice makes a person to be talented and finally the graphics program solve it when we us it. 

Without Talent no one can become a graphics designer....Ask those Person who work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc how hard to work with layer by layer to create a single particuler Image or Logo.

Thank you Sir, but I think when we don't have a good focus design, the last professional graphic program will cover this problem.
