Depending if you have a database in place.

We downloaded what we needed from our AS system into an Excel spreadsheet.

Easiest way ... sit  down with our IT programmer ... tell him what you wanted in the report have him save it in your data bank under a specific table and you will be able to run it when you need it.

Be specific what you need and keep in mind how many characters can be utilized in one row. Sitting down with your IT professional for or min will save you a lot of time later on.

The efficient way to build up a logistics report in effiicient and simple way is by Power Point presentation. It is one of the easiest form in which everyone can understand what we want to tell to wider network and it gives us a graphical representation. While we use PPT  we need the input from the excel where we can table the datas, for graphical representation. In our organisation when our we present a report we table it out in the following sequence in a single sheet. It was represented as SQDCME(Safety,Quality,Delivery,Cost, Morale and Environment) this method outlines all the output in a single sheet
