work environment sholud be healthier so that one can give his 100% at job.
Based on reality, we work to live and to achieve/provide our basic needs. Thus, I choose a work environment with lesser pay but utimately safe and healthy.
There are two linked elements, which help to increase, or
decrease employees feeling of satisfaction and gratification:
*Safety of work environment
*Motivational factors
Factors relating to the safety and convenience of work environment they are the ones must be controlled and maintained on suitable levels. These factors related to employee environment more than concentrating on work itself. This include corporate policies, supervision quality, working conditions, relationship among subordinates and supervisors, organization level, job security and salary. The suitable level of these factors are mandatory to avoid the feeling of dissatisfaction and gratification.
Motivation factors these related to having direct effect on increasing job satisfaction, this include achievement, appreciation, responsibility, development, work and career progression.
However, these factors affected by individual and cultural differences.
For me I believe that less salary with healthy environment is my choice.
