To conduct a successful job interview I prefer mixing the two formats together to get the success mix by taking an advantages of structured and Unstructured, and avoid the disadvantages of both them as shown below:
** Structured interview is : an interview determined its track beforehand. So that similarity its track completely with interview's track for all candidates.
** Free interview or Unstructured is : When responsible person or responsible persons going or leads the interview according to what may seems for them during the interview.
** Oriented interview or structured seems more just, because each of candidate will exposed to same questions, and the candidate can not him attract attention of the responsible to the dialogue about points that he loves or which is characterized by its.
** Free interview; guarantees the interact with the dialogue we may need to ask a candidate thing we do not need to ask others. the need to asking question may arise based on what a candidate says during interview.
** Therefore, the style half structured style (or semi oriented) may be to combine features of Structured interview and Free interview,this means that there will be determine in the course of the interview, but there is allow some interaction with the dialogue within specified frame, do not go out from specified overall structure in advance.
** Structured interview or semi-structured is modern style of interviews to ensure that they are in charge of getting the information they want, instead of speaking candidate with the subject and with the other in another subject. Structured interview helps responsible person or persons to use of time effective and fair use at the same time. Studies have shown that structured interviews (or directed) is healthier (identical to the fact) of free interviews (or Unstructured ).
