What is the difference between BIM designer ,BIM construction and BIM consultancy , regarding workflow ,process ,requirements ,Focal point ?

not only contractual ,main scope of work (coordination ,quantities ,review ,drafting...)

workflow (the position of BIM in the Project,what must be revised by BIM and what shouldn't)

requirements (LOD required for each one of them,workstage required the model to be updated for IFC,SD,asbuilt ?? ) 

I am not% sure if I got the question right so, just to be precise, are you asking how one should split the (contractual) work requirements and responsibilities in terms of BIM between a Designer, a Contractor and a Consultant?
