Do you believe that increasing your educational qualification will be reflected positively on your salary and your current position at your job?

I believe  it does  , but it also depends on the company you work for 

Every course of instructions is expected to increase your knowledge and skills.  But does this increase in knowledge and skills contrubute to enhance the performance at your present job?  or does it equip you to take higher responsibilities in the organization?  if yes, you are likely to get a promotion in your organization based on your newly acquired skills.  reputed employers do recognize higher qualifications.  again it depends on the HR Policies of the company.   notwithstanding one should continue acquiring new knowledge and skills and they will definitely be value additions to your career tomorrow if not today.

Of course it does provided that you proof it really did 

It depends on the company. For example, in my company it means nothing unfortunately.

I would definitely say yes to this question because Internal promotions would be a best fit for this scenario. Most of the roles above middle management are linked with our academic qualifications. For few candidates who believes that it wasnt useful, it will definitely be helpful at certain point of time.

Yes Dear, Education is ment to enhance your skills, Understandings, and knowledge.  Eduction is like an upgrading tool with enhanced skill set. As in the modern age methods and skills are changing very dynamically so we have to equipe our selves to the need of time, no matter what age we posses.
