Fluids to the maturity of the food such as water, milk, juice, salt and spices to give flavor and taste delicious, fatty substances to soften the food and lack of cohesion like oil, butter, margarine, sugar to sweeten desserts, flour an essential component of pastes, cakes, biscuits, starches such as rice, pasta, proteins such as meat, chicken, eggs, fish, fruits and vegetables in salads and soups and juices.
