I did not travle to Dubai by air
Traveling is easy to UAE but the selected company must provide the temporary visa and accomodation and the necessary interview letter.
Getting to a city like Dubai should not be a problem at all. But finding a job to an individual's requirements or conditions will be difficult since Organizations do not operate that way.
It is not complicated to get Dubai as here is direct connection between Kiev and Dubai via Ukraine International Airlines. I`ll ask for UAE entry visa arrangements from my future Employer side. Airline ticket and hotel booking are my responsibility.
