If depreciation is charged at a fixed rate,then deprecation in SLM method, when compared to WDV is?

SLM method deduct same fixed depreciation every year of fixed asset But WDV method deduct depreciation on original first year and next year it deduct the depreciation from the amount excluding previous year depreciation. So If we use WDV method the life of asset may not be zero at the end of life. SLM method and depreciation amount will be decrease every year and reached to zero at the end of life.
