What are factors to be considered while calculating Heat Load Requirement and Heat Pump Selection?

I consider Sensible heat from Walls, Glass, lights, Equipment & Laten heat from People & Infiltration while calculating Cooling Load requirement. But what are the factors to be considered for heat load requirement ?
