HR Mangers roles and responsibilities is very vital compare to production or operation side. bearing high risk in a sense of HR direct accident, organisation culture enrichment, training and learning and development, motivation, employee relationship. So HRD is taking care of the whole staff of the organization, through coordination with each department manager and with high management team. HRM take employees as a most vital asset of the organization.
because such a person who r basically the back bone of the company and the run the through out the year
The HR job is specified, as the job roles are well defined hence there is very small margin of mistake hence due to higher satisfaction the salaries are generally higher as compared to production or operation etc.
