ITS A VERY GENERAL QUESTION

In case of area where the outside temperature is low like 20 - 25 Deg C or even less than natural or forced ventilation will be enough

For area where the transformer room is in basement or closed space or hot area than there is a need of cooling unit separate unit to keep the temperature below 25 Deg. Normally transformers manufacturer prefer 20 deg because more temperature more losses however maximum allow temperature may go to 40 Deg C but with too much losses

- Natural ventilation.

- Forced extract ventilation.

- Over pressure ventilation.

- Cooling with circulated air.

- Separate cooling unit.

It depend on the environment of the area where you installed these transformers.

If the area hot and dry you've to install cooling units & suction fans to control the moisture generated by cooling units to avoid corrosion deterioration.

If the area hot and having high humidity then you've to install dry cooling units and suction fans.

If the environment around the transformers room is cold, dry & not dusty, you can just install blower fans equipped with dusting filter.
