Only way to handle pressure is to prepare a list that can be performed in such an adequate way that we also dont feel that we are under pressure & the work will also be done & i work with timings. I give priority to the one with deadlines, normal task i do it the way i want and report to my supervisor asap.
Staying clam, be organized, plan ahead to meet project or what so ever deadline. If I'm the one who's managing the deadline then I'd allow extra time for delays or unforeseeable events, that way, we'll alleviate pressure situations.
1- make a work breakdown structure.2- estimate proper time for each task.3- if you can delegate some of the tasks to your work college, then do it.4- don't let your thoughts released in other staffs out of work.5- Be calm, not nervous
