well it's depends, but if i were a manager and i have to chose i'll just put both of them ( CV) and see which one well give me more as you know the manager need the best for his company
and u gots to know that sometimes the non educated person can give more to you due to his experience unlike the graduated person which still have no real experience
Candidate with Bachelor Degree and Experience both are mostly preferred by an employer
A great employer can looked past missing credentials if the candidate has a great track record in the related field. What one learns in school doesn't necessarily correlate to real life experiences that can only be learned while "on the job".
A candidate with an adequate professional experience is more desirable than a fresh graduate candidate.
it all depends on the type of job, there are jobs that require a bachelor degree or/and training courses, however others rely mainly on the experience.
Recruitment personnel have to take many factors into consideration, the type of job, the level of the job (as in entry level or mid career or higher) and many other factors.
So unfortunately there is not one right answer some prefer experience, some prefer education and some require both.
From my part of the world Experience.
