Working hard is personal quality. But communicating and team making requires leadership qualities. when you are able to solve a problem you are a leader in the Industry. But limitation in the workplace should be dealt with to prove ones ability. But if all in the workplace takeup the role of a leader to be a better team player will help get acceptace by the members of the team. So it all depends on the way you tackle  the team.

Indeed a very good question.

Very important qualities are problem solving and leading, without these traits only good communication skill is of no use in the industry.  Always try to develop the problem solving skills are very useful in industry as it is a basic skill required to work as

a team member to do the job assigned,

a leader - provide ideas or showing the way to resolve the problems to the team.
