I would like to reproduce a famous quote said by ROBERT KIYOSAKI (Author of Rich Dad and Poor Dad)........"WHEN YOU ARE YOUNG, WORK TO LEARN, NOT TO EARN".

 

Freshers need to find their career path with a view of learning and gaining experience.  If they don't count on their PAY PACKAGES or OTHER BENEFITS, then they will always have opportunities to be grabbed. Once they gathered experience and become professional in their chosen field, then every benefits will come to them automatically.

 

Being POSITIVE with a clear vision on CAREER will make any fresher worthy to be hired.
