As you have given the option of Management ,, so according to my opinion, employee some time leave the company because of Rude and selfish management , self respect,
Because in hospitality side every one comes for the better future and learning something and every one has something different in their mind for Hospitality , but when they get job after some time they feel sick , just because they treat badly, every one can compromise on Salary but not on self respect, many people will stay and they will bear their insult but when they get chance to go for another job , so they will not think for1 min and they will leave the job,
Personal connections are vital in the industry of Hospitality, the accept from the other and feel comfortable in al this area is a key point to succeed the work, in case of absence of these conditions and not to be a weak element in the team or inutil element, leaving the business is a solution
We must wait for his return to work and then inquire about the reason.
- If he has a convincing reason we do not take any action against him.
- If there is no convincing argument we deduct from his salary and give him a warning first and last
- If this act is repeated again, it shall be separated directly from the work.
In this case , There will be adminstrative problem only in company for mass leaving of employees . it is required to understand the botleneck of the problems such as envirnment , hygenicity , salary being faced by employees which is compelling employees to leave company , After knwing the true facts behing the problem , adequeate steps are required to initiate with company limitations .
