no this is not the correct reason to resign as we already agree to the terms and condition before joining a company. But if any employee is promoted to higher post and still gets same old perks then he definetly has the reson to resign.

If the valuation of ones job depends only on these things, salary, promotion and facilities, it's extremely difficult to find a satisfactory job anywhere. Aren't all humans seeking for security, meaningfullness, respect, communality etc? Those are the factors taking us much further than the price tags.

A job that does not satisfy some social needs such as salary, promotion and facilities, it is too dificult to continue in such a job.

Yes. Salary, promotion, facilities -all these are very important for a job. Work culture and environment too.But to enjoy these we need any one among the three that will satisfy us and helps to continue in that company.

My answer would be Absolute NO. If your reasons for leaving the company are just salary-promotion-facilities, then the mistake is on your part. Because you should have clearing gone through the offer letter/contract before joining a company. Every company does have their clear-cut salary package, duration/criteria after which the promotion is done, facilities that would be provided to employees are very much clearly mentioned in the offer letter/ contract.

There are some genuine reasons such as job satisfaction, health issues, and etc. this might be the reasons enough for you to leave the company.
