What is "Risk" in decision making situation ?

Risk could be any potential factor: threats, personalities, financial condition, political stability, insurgencies, war, economic stability and so on, that can have the ability to jeopardise the evaluator subject business or state of subject condition.  Though these have been considered evaluated  while developing a plan about any particulars with its impacts and mitigation plans to avoid, transfer or keep it minimum.
