Coaching is a tool used to improve individual performance, if individual performance improve than the whole organisations performance improves. In addition coaching brings a culture of change where employees will tackle new challenges on amore regular basis.

Coaching helps people understand how to work better with others. It's an effective method for showing teams in organisations  how to reduce conflict and improve their working relationships. The team can then focus on its real work, and achieve its objectives.
