What is important for an organisation a manager or a leader?

An experience Manager is the key to business advancement, they should have the ability, how to utilize the resources empowered to him.
An experience manager creates a hard worker leader through his guidelines.

Manager have experience and knowledge both and he know how could handle the situation.
That person have vision and he have goal for company and he could read the situation early.
Professional manager have experience manage the management and build up this team and that would be better for organization.
A manager most of the time listen and understand the other person opinion and allow his subordinates to participate and appreciate views of others.
He could do develop himself and development for the organization.
Because of that company want experience and knowledge manager and a person who is can fluent in the art of communicating with employees and top management.
Because of that manager is important for build a successful business team.
So this person is progressing with the organization one step forward.

The important for an organization manager or a leader is the communications.
The leader should have good communications to ensure everything in his role or the employers he have is working well in clear communications and clear understanding why we need to communicate, for what, for whom, with whom and for what target or objectives to reach.

Leader is a naturally manager, but not every manager can be a leader.
So i believe Leader is more important.
