Education and talent we have it already but Experience is different we can't acquire it if we have no exposure to our job a job we can gain knowledge and exposure wherein we can find our limits to other co employees so. Experience is the best and can lead us to the job..
Higher Education only proves you can succeed in academia, not in a real-world job and Work experience doesn't necessarily provide the skills you need for the next job you'll have. Talent means the skill that someone has quite naturally to do something that is hard. Someone who has talent is able to do something without trying hard. It is an ability that someone is born with. It is a high degree of ability or of aptitudes. People may have talent for music, acting and sport or other skills. If someone has talent they still have to work very hard if they want to be very good at something. Some people become quite good at something even if they do not have much talent, but if they are willing to work very hard at the skill. Some people “waste their talent” (they have talent but do not work hard at it, they do not “use their talent”). Employers can offer us a variety of opportunities but to find a good job, a combination of talent, experience and academic qualifications are required.
i think all of them are useless, for a reason able job your relation and approach are much strong than all of them
All of them, and no contradiction among them
A perfect blend of all , if you lack even one you will not get proper job because you need education which is neccessary for rising up in position, experience to handle crunch situation and if you are talented your career doesnt move further because talented people learn faster and move up quickly
Experince
Education is the basic most criteria that will land us a good job.
Talent supported by the academic and practical expertise :)
in my opinion first talent then education finally experience but all of them important .
Experiance and taletnt
