I mean harsh and abusive customer handling
use some tactics to calm the customer by hearing him/her in a pleasing manner ...gradually he/she will calm down and give a proper solution to his/her problem.
By being very calm and believe in the company that you're working with. Talk reasonable and be polite despite any accusation you'll hear and everything will be ok! I've been in this situation many times it only need confident to over come this condition.
