yes..it is Customer Service goes hand in hand with Customer Support. The key to have a customer service success is how to provide excellent support to the cutomers. Always make your them feel that you are to assist and support them through the process.

use some tactics to calm the customer by hearing him/her in a pleasing manner ...gradually he/she will calm down and give a proper solution to his/her problem.

By being very calm and believe in the company that you're working with. Talk reasonable and be polite despite any accusation you'll hear and everything will be ok! I've been in this situation many times it only need confident to over come this condition.
