The most important administrative skill is Good Communication along with that ability to prioritize tasks,multitasking and a good memory is needed.

The first skill to be required is to have a high communication skill because an employee is a person who represents the company. The second skill is the technology skill, through which one can work efficiently. The third skill includes time management; how quickly and efficiently one can work. Then4th skill is to have a passion for completing a given task more attractively and quickly. Then other skills include problem solving, planning, giving new and fresh ideas and loyalty with the work. If a person got these skills then undoubtedly he would be qualified for secretarial/administrative position.
