How does it impact on works if employees residence located near to workplace?

If the employee resides near the workplace, no more excuse for coming in late, the employee will be productive at work since he/she will not be stressed due to waking up too early to avoid traffic congestions.

Will enjoy the previlage to live near the work place.  A great facility indeed a blessing of God.
