Who is the most important in an organisation? Accountants, managers or others?

Every one on job is important, but the most important are the people who give direction to the organization, CEO, Chairman, cheif engineer, head of research etc. For example, Stev Jobs gave the idea of new Smartphone which totaly change the world. Bill Gates, Stev Balmer, Paul Allen are remembered for what they have done for Microsoft.
