technical skills :- understanding business and tasks

conceptual skills :-  communicate a vision and rally others around that vision

establish company values , and promote corporate ethics

human relation skills :-  integrity , listening willingly , accepting constructive criticism , decisive and committed , positive attitude and enthusiasm , and finaly take care of employees and inspire them
