If the guest is a regular to the restaurant I will pay more attention about his/her preferences. While dining give immediate actions to the things that he/she always been requesting, Also it is important to our service to treat our guests ecually with care.

Every guest should be treated equally whether a first-time guest or a regular guest. If you give any of them less attention than the other you might lose them to competitors. The goal is to gain as many regulars as possible and to keep all the current regulars.

i will aproach them in the same way, greet them and show them where they sit,and take their orders and give all they need.

Giving them a great smile and respect to the moment they come in..and there is no need to wait them to call any request just by looking at their tables you know what are they needs and asking how the foods.
