Employees on job contracts are part of the same society due to which the company is in existence. So absolutely no discrimination should be shown; at no point in time there should be a feeling in these employees that they were not part of the organization. In fact, employees on job contracts could become a good and reliable source of human capital for the company in future. The company has already experienced the knowledge and skills of these employees.
However, it is of prime importance for the company to ensure that the employees are utilized to the maximum potential and discharge their contractual obligations.
In my personal experience while working in Gulf, we do not hire or fire an employee. It doesn't matter if he holds a permanent position or he is on contact. So the way of treatment should always be same. Open a dialogue and use your skills to win him over.
