1) Offer your respect , then listen the complete issue without any interruption, and analyze the situation thoroughly, and make the appropriate solutions.
2) Try to avoid the situation which are triggering his angry.
if i found an angry client . firstly i call that person with respect and say good morning sir/madam. and ask them whats the matter behind their angr nd try to solve that if i can or i will listen them carefully so that they become cool.. in dat way i got time to solve their problem nd while listing them i will serve them water , tea or cofee, nad relize them they r special for our compny...thats it.
The best way to pacify the client is by listening to them, most of the time clients are angry because they feel no one is there to listen to their concern. Simply acknowledging their concerns goes a long way in pacifying them. We just to need to make them feel that we are there from them and will go all out to solve any issues they face.
