Why Africa are not recognizing technical schools?

Africa more especially Nigeria need to be technical sound to meet the global challenges.

The main reason is lack of basic education infrastructure. If we promote the Primary education and give the awareness  of  technical education in Africa then the will recognize the importance of technical schools.
