  • In my opinion, i think it is best to suit the qualifications with the specific job being applied for otherwise one can come across as over qualified. For Hiring managers with an inferiority complex being over qualified might disqualify you.
  • Secondly, if one is under - qualified or lack the skills, the hiring someone like that is sketchy because there is no way of proving that the person can actually perform the job.
  • Thirdly, Rather showcase the stuff that you can do and prove that you can actually do the job or prove that your ability to learn within a short space of time is beyond question. That provides an individual with the benefit of doubt.
  • Lastly, everything should be modeled against the job someone is applying for (their experience, qualifications and Transferable skills). Honesty is the best policy therefore i would not miss anything and if the person interviewing me can recognize the value of what i possess then they will trust in that.
