First thing must be in place is that he/she understands him/herself before going to job hunting.

1. Make checklist of things that make you different from other job hunters.

2. Be specific to target jobs that fit your key strengths, do some research.

3. Formulate your CV, be genuine, no exaggeration or lies, sell yourself in the way that employers want to see.

Job hunting isn't merely a full time online exercise at all.
