What are some of the creative ideas to "Offer Exclusive Content" for Customers/Audiences who follow or like your Social Media or Blog?

1. Analysis your audience needs and interests
2. Choose Topics and information that will add value to them (from their interests )
3. Research and collect a range of references
4. Write down of ideas of content
5. Try to offer same important exclusive information in many types (infographics, video, text, Questions, dialog, article, short story, news)
6. write draft and revision it before publish
7. publish it (in right channel) 
8. Analysis what most content that your audience like it and engaged with.

If i understand you correctly, i shall say i agree with Anas Emad and just to add here are my thoughts;

• Followers and / or customers can subscribe to your content or content that is relevant to them by simply providing an e-mail on that content.
• For google+ one can use circles to separate the different groups to the different content available, Lists / Hashtags if its Twitter.
• Webinars
• Following Influencers on platforms such as LinkedIn
• Podcasting for audio content.
• RSS feeds.
• Ads for example facebook ads.
• Q&A forums.
