People often say " A bad job with a good boss is better than a Good job with a bad boss".. How often would you have dealt with this in your career?

It is valid saying. The major reason for attrition is 'Manager Issues'. Team Management skills are imperative in corporate scenario. 'Employees leave their bosses not companies'.

i have passed with both , but believe me its not true , all kind of bosses and jobs teach you something , if you have the enough morale and willing you can struggle and challenge to change , just hit the targets
