What types of classroom management strategies work best in an elementary/middle school environment?

Are a lot of strategies.....but of course according with levels we can adjust them. Some of them which work with my class are;

- A good nice welcoming environment

-Enforcing rules and their consequences. Students are answering for their actions no matter good or bad.

-positive language

-Keep them occupied and always capture their attention 

-routine has its benefits

-always be fare 

-consistency is very important 

-make learning fun

-communication with parents is a must
