What I would do is to mediate the conflict, making a needs assessment in the organization, considering that employees are the backbone of the organization.
A manager should act as a mediator in between and try to convince that although
these internal issues like schedule,leaves,off days are part and according to the company policy,yet exceptions to these are also necessary on a case to case basis.
