Would race be a major factor in recommending your officers for Banking relationship appointment/s?

Hardwork and work dedicated people will be recommending and not according to their races

Perhaps to some race, yes, it is a major factor. But with my experience and from my previous work, it is not at all a factor since it is not inthe race that one must see the potentials and abilities. But, it is in on the hardwork, interest and loyalty. Working with dedication and loving the role and responsibilities.
