Organizational culture plays a vital role in delivering service and as a whole in the organization, as it relies mostly on the system or values shared within the organization and I strongly believe that having such a culture in a reputed organization is an added asset since it is mainly governed by ethical values and outstanding systems that create benchmarks for the organization. It is unusual for a reputable organization to implement an organizational culture that is not exemplary in the market as it is the standing ground towards excellency in providing outstanding or magical service. However it does not necessarily conclude as a whole since there will always be a percentage of flaw in every circumstance and in this case lets not forget the type of management and how they wanted to run their business in the market and that's to how it will reflect in the market and in inside the organization.

It totally depends on the type of culture they follow in current scenario coz the organization that followed for decades might not be flexible for the employees in this current scenario.

ORGANIZATION CULTURE  ARE MADE BY IT'S LEADER AND MANAGEMENT. SO  , IF THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR LEADING THE  A COMPANY BELIEVES IN POSITIVE , FRIENDLY AND  RESPONSIBLE CULTURE , STAFF AND EMPLOYEES WILL NATURALLY ACCEPT IT AND THEIR CUSTOMER WILL BE  MORE THAN WILLING TO DO BUSINESS WITH  THEM.

organizational culture plays a role in delivering a service because it has a great impact on the way employees react to customers although all companies instruct their employees on how to treat consumers, depending on the organizational leader and how they deliver their organizational culture values to their employees, hindrance is a possibility especially when the organizational structure lacks communication

It is only a matter of communicating within the group. If the communication is effective then it will be an asset. Otherwise, it wont. Just as simple as that.

It is sometimes yes and sometimes no. The organisational cultures were set by people maybe responding to a certain trend which might not be existing at the time in question. So its a two way answer. I believe dialogue with policy makers and higher decision makers will help.

I think it depends on the type of culture the organization follows in the current scenario and it should be flexible as per the current scenario.

All organisations develop a healthy organisational culture to ensure smooth operations and business ethics within the organization. Definitely it is an asset. However, there would always be workshops and meetings to make it  even more healthier in order to achieve more service magic.

It totally depends on the type of culture

sometimes culture is hindrance

A culture could be either positive or negative. A positive safety culture that is spearheaded by commitment by top leadership and reflected in employees goes a long way to serve as a catalyst to growth or success in a business. Positive safety cultures like effective communication, upholding each other accountable on what we said we would do, commitment to company values,  good behaviours and attitude towards work  etc are the tenets that see the upshot of a company. The opposite of these will serve as a hindrance, of course. Where I am currently working employees are held accountable for what they set to do. There is effective communication and there is visible top management committments like the provision of resources to employees to achieve set goals.
