As a sales agent, what is more important to you: sales or customer satisfaction?

as the sales agent the primary target was attract and satisfied custommer. basically, customers are benefited oriented, they always come agian for the prodcut that makes them more satisfied. if we are more care about our sales, we may forget the concern about customers. so that we should first satified or customer then customers' could create our sales satisfaction.

Normally the customer satisfied after his/her problem being solved not necessary in a cheap/economy way but in a perfect way.

assuming that you are dealing with the first time customer what will you need from him/her is to buy or be satisfied? how will he/she get satissfied without even use your prouct or service?.So in this kind of a situation what you need to do is to make sure you sell, BUT how do you sell it, it is what a very important step to the sales agent as it will give the image of your product and service to the customer which will lead to the start of building trust to you by the way you explain to him/her on how his/her problem will be solved through the product you will be selling to him/her.On this you need to more of a consultant than a sales agent.

When the customer's problem being solved perfectlly, what comes after is satisfaction and when customer satisfied more sales comes.

satisfation comes from sales and more sales comes after satisfaction
