as the sales agent the primary target was attract and satisfied custommer. basically, customers are benefited oriented, they always come agian for the prodcut that makes them more satisfied. if we are more care about our sales, we may forget the concern about customers. so that we should first satified or customer then customers' could create our sales satisfaction.
