Good evening. In my opinion, research word explains itself. Re-search meaning searching again something. Yes, I'm saying this, because the topic on which we do research is already studied by someone. Also, research can't be completed in first attempt, you have to keep on searching more to clear ambiguity about the results. Another facets of it is, explore the data to get more insights about the customers, market trend, product etc.
I undertake fundamental and applied resaerch in Exercise Sciences and coaching (mainly in exercise physiology). I'm specialist in the optimization of human performance with input in health-related conditions (obesity, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, etc).
Research is a Scientific Method or process to discover new knowledge.
