Hi i am Varun. In order to create a new user account first we need to select the OU and after right clicking on it we can select Create a new user tab.
After entering the complete information we can set the password, designation and all.
In case the account is revoked we need to check the box that says the account is locked.
Uncheck that box reset password and provide details to the user.
User can access the account again.
