What are the steps of Electrical Switchgear installation?

-Assembling the switch gear  following the drawing and torque setting

- Power and control cable terminals fixation

-Power cable entry reservation 

- Operate all component ( fuses switches circuit  breakers contactors ...) to ensure that there are no damage 

- Final inspection to ensure that there is no tools left inside switch gear

- check that the bus bars and cable terminals are clean and tight

- take the value of insulation resistance or Index polarization prior to energize the switch gear 

- prior to energize the interlocks should be cheked

-  all doors are locked and the keys should be with the supervisor till the switch gear will be ready to commissioning team
