BUT AT LAST IF YOU FACE SUCH TYPE OF SITUATION THEN MAINTAIN DAIRY OF THAT FELLOW WRITE ALL THE UNDISCIPLINED ACTIVITY OF THE EMPLOYEES FOR AT LEAST ONE MONTH AFTER THAT MAKE CHARGE SHEET AND ASK FOR THE REPLY WITH IN TIME GIVEN BY YOU.
