Get buyers attention to the new products by advertising and/or promotion. Give your staff good training about the new product and let them advertise it to your customers. Maintain and build good customer-brand relationships with more marketing content like monthly emails.
Make a good product. And advertise its unique features (USP).
People usually afraid of buying new products because they might not have enough information about it nor they have experiance about it. As a result, you need to educate your customers about the features and the benefits of the new product. Also, customers need to know why they should buy this new product? Does the new product solve a current problem they have? Or does the product satisfy a current need?
Being that said, there should be a marketing campaign prior the launch of the new product in the market.
